FF SETUP STANDS IN LONDON AND BRISTOL SAME WEEKEND

Fighting Films ran its biggest stand to date at the London International, in EXCEL (above), where more than 1,400 fighters were taking part.
The event, which was held on 12th and 13th February, is now Britain’s largest annual judo tournament.
“It’s an opportunity for Fighting Films to meet a lot of coaches and players that rarely see our product,” said director Simon Hicks, “as well as renewing contacts with old friends.”
It’s the one place in the year where Fighting Films can have as big a stand as possible, as space isn’t a problem in the huge EXCEL venue. This year was Fighting Films’ largest stall to date, spreading nearly seven metres in length and with a four-man crew.
A large screen was incorporated in the middle, where Bob Willingham, the World of Judo Magazine editor, displayed photographs of the fighters.
On Sunday 13th, while the EXCEL team were busy at work, Fighting Films ran a second stand at the Bristol Classic tournament in Bradley Stoke, Bristol.
Hicks said: “I think it’s important we attend as many judo events as possible, to show that we’re not just a mail order company.”
Fighting Films aim to be at a lot more British judo tournaments this year. Keep up-to-date with the FF online News page to find out where Fighting Films will be next.
