The Grappling Series is due to be released by Fighting Films in the next few weeks on DVD.Originally filmed in 2001, the two part video series was a best-seller. Demonstrations of some of the most effective submission moves in judo are given by former World Champion Neil Adams, who is an expert in the art of grappling.
The two videos – 'Basic Armlocks' and 'Basic Chokes and Strangles' – have now, for the first time, been crammed into one action-packed DVD, which includes competition examples and an extensive menu system.
The structure of the DVD gives step-by-step instructions of all the techniques, including transition from standing and versions with and without jackets.
The Grappling Series will be available in English and German, and priced £20.
