Now, for the first time, all 3 productions are included in one 3 part DVD boxset. Priced at just £25, you can own all three DVDs for the price of one.

“This is our first release in the Competition Classic Series”, said FF Managing Director Danny Hicks. “It’s amazing to watch these DVDs and witness the change in judo in the last 20 years, and to see some of the all-time greats in action.”

In Part 1. The Lightweights you can witness the golden era of British women’s judo and see the arrival of the incredible Toshihiko Koga (JPN) and his one-handed Seoi-nage, which many regard as the best throw of all time.

The second DVD, The Heavyweights, includes judo record breakers like Olympic Champion Robert van der Walle (BEL), Ingrid Berghmans (BEL) who wins her sixth World gold medal, and Naoya Ogawa, who is Japan’s best heavyweight since Yasuhiro Yamashita.

20 Great Fights is the third DVD, and features the 20 most spectacular and controversial fights as selected by Neil Adams MBE and Chris Bowles.

The three part boxset includes highlights from all 16 finals, interviews with fighters and live matside commentary from Adams and Bowles.
