Part 1. The Heavyweights and Part 2. The Lightweights & Open will contain over four hours of judo highlights from the tournament, which took place in Rio, Brazil, last September.

"The competition in Rio was fantastic," said FF Managing Director Danny Hicks."It was full of great fights, big Ippons, upsets and there was a real clash in style between the Asians, Eastern Europeans and South Americans."

All the best action from the 2007 Worlds is featured on the two DVDs, including extended highlights of all 16 finals.

In the Heavyweights DVD there will be a chance to see the return of the three-times World Champion Kosei Inoue in the +100kgs, and the defences of the -100kg and -90kg crown by Keiji Suzuki and Hiroshi Izumi.

Ryoko Tani is back in the -48kgs and hoping to take a record-breaking seventh World gold. Extended coverage of her challenge will be shown in the Lightweights DVD.

Many of the categories contain flashback material from previous tournaments, with several special features on the major fighters.

The DVDs will be priced at £25 each and will be available in May.
